**Christmas Shopping Return Policy**

For any items purchased outside of our 30 day return window we will only offer an exchange. All items must be returned to us by Friday 19th January 2024 with all original tags in place.  

We offer two return services, one for UK customers and one for International customers.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of shipping your order. Any returns outside of this window will only be eligible for an exchange if the items are returned in the original condition with all tags in place up to 45 days after the purchase date.

For International Customers, we offer a heavily subsidised returns shipping offer with DHL which can include collection from your nominated address. Find out more here

United Kingdom Customers

FREE UK Returns on all orders of £100 or more

FREE UK Returns if you order two sizes.

Click here to download a returns slip - If you do not have a printer please leave a note inside the parcel with your order number and details for your exchange/refund. The original packing slip can be used as a return form

  • We will only be able to offer an exchange for items returned in sellable condition with all tags intact up to 45 days after delivery
  • For Exchanges for speed and to avoid any out of stock issues, as the return window can take 7-14 working days to process, we do encourage customers to place a new order and to return the one that you have, please note your new order number on your return form. For orders under £50 please use code FREEEXCHANGE at checkout to qualify for free shipping. All orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping. To process your return please follow the steps below
  • Orders under £100 - Please note all orders under £100 or if two sizes in the same style were not ordered then £4.00 will be deducted from your return if you use our returns portal.

Packing instructions

  1. Download a returns slip by clicking here
  2. Place the item(s) in a suitable shipping bag
  3. If your order value was £100 or over please visit our Return Portal or contact us at hello@pauljamesknitwear.com for a pre-paid Royal Mail shipping slip
  4. For orders under £100 goods, or if items are not being exchanged, items must be returned to us at your own cost, or if you use our portal £4.00 will be deducted from your return.
  5. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 5-7 working days.
  6. Any refund will be returned in the same currency as purchase.
  7. Please post your item(s) to the following address. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your courier.

International Customers - Returns Service 
 
Our International return policy is 30 days from the date of arrival to the date of return shipping. For items outside of this window we will only offer an exchange as long as the returned item is fit for retail, and with all original tags in place. 
 
We offer a heavily subsided shipping to facilitate international returns with DHL. Included in the prices below is a collection from your home or workplace, or you can simply drop off to your local DHL collection point
